She was born in Montréal, Canada, and with her strong ties to the Canadian market, she is currently helping many clients relocate from Canada and opening businesses in the Sunshine State, offering her advanced knowledge of the neighborhoods, the schools and the businesses that drive the local economy. Karine earned her marketing degree from Hautes Études Commerciales in Montréal, Canada. She has worked in the food and beverage industry and as a translator for many years, before finding her calling in real estate, where she can truly use her years of experience in this very client and relationship-focused field. Karine also prides herself in having a strong team of professionals that supports each of her transactions, from real estate attorneys, lenders, contractors, inspectors, and insurance specialists. She is licensed in the state of Florida and is proud to call Coldwell Banker her home brokerage. When she is not helping her clients reach their real estate goals, Karine loves boating, cooking, and traveling. She is also a real estate investor and hosts guests in her short-term rentals in Florida and Jamaica. She calls Fort Lauderdale home, where she lives with her husband and two kids.
